UX Design Lead

I design useable products and services which help customers find what
they need and make their experience enjoyable.

UX Design Process

When embarking on a project I follow my UXD process which I custom designed. I present outcomes, research, findings and design at each stage of the process to my stakeholders so they are fully informed of the progress.

1. Discovery

2. Research

3. Ideation

4. Design

5. Implement

6. Evaluate

A Few Words
About Me

I came into the field of UX after my experience at The Economist. In that role I used to design newsletters, articles pages and page elements. I worked with UX Architects to create experiences, they would take my designs and do the testing and research. It dawned me that I should do all the research and analysis myself, this would help me to decide what the design should look like. After this realisation I set my career trajectory to move towards being customer orientated.

Full Work Experience

A career spanning between design, usability, architecture and product design, I put the customer at the heart of the problem to find the solution.
